Calls at least twice daily - I do not answer phone - Never leaves message

Rings but when I pick up the phone call disconnects and line is busy when I dial back.

when I returned the call (with my caller ID turned off), it was answered by a voice mail greeting, saying: "welcome to Hays Cosmo, please wait while your record is retrieved" and then disconnected.

He had a very thick accent and told me not to disregard the message. He wanted me or my attorney of record to return the call and that it was time sensitive. I have had 4 different people call me using the exact same message, word for word. But those were on land line phone and this latest was on my cell phone.

answer - no voice leave NO message...

I keep getting phone calls from this number but only get a hang-up on my voicemail. Who is this?

This is the message retrieval system from Verizon Wireless reminding you you have a past due bill.

Keep getting calls from this number. No message, just continuous calls.

Apparently, I owe money and is from a legal office and if I don't settle this financila mess, Law enforcements will be sent to me and work and I will loose everything, my children, my assetts, and family, etc.... It is a good thing I don't have much - I know that this is a scam because I would have gotten something in writing and I haven't and they wil not sent out law enforcement for unpaid debt. So, don't worry - let your law enforcement know that you are getting calls like these and to file complaints against this company. But, I heard this company describes themselves from everything.

this is the second time these people have called me the first time they called from what i thought was a legit service the caller id said ADD Partners. its just a cell phone though and they called again this morning i was like i went through this all yesterday, when they saw that i was telling the truth he said oh ok lemme just change somethings here and hung up on me. i thought this might have been lagit cause thier "supervisor" called me back and everything. they never asked me for any of my personal information as for as my debit card goes. all they did was verify my adress. and take down my email.
